My Baby Is 2 Yrs Old.she Has Been Suffering From

My baby is 2 yrs old.she has been suffering from cold n cough for about two and half months.one morning she had a severe cough.she could not breath easily.In my childhood I also suffered from breathing problem.My doctor recommended Levolin and Budecort inhaler.she is now not active as before.after a good sleep she is feeling sleepy. Now pls tell me is it harmful for my baby?
