My Baby Is 21 Months Now From 2 Days He

My baby is 21 months now from 2 days he is passing motion continuosly its not loose stools but i can say lik semi solid. I feel he is having stomach infection. I gave colimex 0.5ml n novogermina and sporlac powder. Pls suggest some medicine for stomach infection.
