My Baby Is 5.5 Months Old And Her Weight Is

My baby is 5.5 months old and her weight is 6 kgs, she is quite active. She was only on breastmilk until her 5 months. recently i have started giving dexolac 1 mixed with nestum (rice based) 2 times a day. when she was on breastmilk she used to poo after 4 -5 days and sometimes daily also. But even after taking solid food she has not been doing poo for 4 days. Is it a problem??? pl help
