My Baby Is 7 Months Old. She Is Very Cranky

My baby is 7 months old. she is very cranky always most of the time from birth. only when she was 3rd month she is very comfort and happy. other wise after 3 months most of the time she is very discomfort and cranky. I have started solids from last month. Iam giving her cerelac, she was very cranky. again i have changed cerelac to home made rice. she was fine for 1 wk but again she is very cranky after 1 wk. Doctor suggested to give her neopeptine drops with Rantac thrice day. she was fine only for 1 wk. after that again she is very cranky.

We had done with stool test and Ultra sound scan for my baby. Result was Gaseous (Ultra sound scan). please suggest me.
