My Baby Is Nine Months. She Got Ear Tubes At

My baby is nine months. She got ear tubes at seven months due to chronic ear infections and not responding to oral antibiotics. She has had four ear infections that drained for 5-6 days each. Her pediatrician thinks she may have an allergy/immunology issue. She also has recurrent wheezing and has been on preventative steroid inhaler for two months. Not sure what to do.
