My Baby Is Seventeen Month N There Is A Small

My baby is seventeen month n there is a small injury in her cheek n I am not being able to categories whether it's a dog bite or scratch but bit blood did come out.dog was given vaccination on mid of November 2013 .incident occurred at 1900 hrs on 26th Dec 2014 while returning from hospital after giving injection (jenvac) for Japanese encephalitis(dose 2).Plz suggest.
