My Baby Is Super Active It's A Boy. He Is

My baby is super active it's a boy. He is always kicking/punching and lately he has been kicking/punching like crazy at my cervix and a little bit ago I washed my hands and used my middle finger to feel inside and whenever I did I felt 100% strong movements and I felt like a hand foot. He feels like he is trying to come out.. I'm 23 weeks

No bleeding. No breaks that I know of I don't know what to expect from a water break
It's been going on strong kicks in my cervix for a few days and yesterday whenever I felt I didn't feel it that strong
