My Baby May Have Swallowed A Bit Of Baby Oil.

My baby may have swallowed a bit of baby oil. I'm not sure because the bottle was open and he had some on his diaper. He isn't coughing and seems ok but I am worried. Poison control said he should be fine but I read horror stories online. Should I go to ER?
