My baby passes loose stoles since he was 3 days old my pediatrician has prescribed nothing as he is gaining weight ,in his first month he gained 500 grams,in his second month he gained 700 grams and in his third month 800 grams,he pops during breastfeeding or just after feeding is this normal or requires treatment
