My Baby's Leg Went Limp So Rushed Him To Hospital,

My baby's leg went limp so rushed him to hospital, when x rayed turned out he had a fracture but not only on his leg. Multiple fractures on body. Doctor has assumed it is abuse but that is not the case. What could be wrong with him? Could he have a genetic condition as he only has one line on his hand. He was born slightly jaundiced with an inturned foot, he was squashed for space in the womb. Need an answer, really worried!
