My Back Hurts So Bad, When I Get Done Peeing

My back hurts so bad, when i get done peeing it hurts, i feel like i got to urinate very often. Im short of breathe, i cant take big breaths cause it hurts to inhale, and now im settin here literally shivering and its 74degrees noteven cold! Pleasehelp what might be wrong?
