My Back Of My Neck Hurt Above My Spine Earlier,

My back of my neck hurt above my spine earlier, so I had my husband rub it something I heard clicked and after that it continued to get worse. Now it traveled all to my right side of my shoulder blade and etc. I can't turn my head in either direction I don't know what to do Motrin isn't helping or ice.
