My Balance Is Not Very Good At A Slow Gate

My balance is not very good at a slow gate and is good with a fast gate. My left arm in the muscle area of the upper arm underside shakes sometime when it is held in a strain for a minute or so. My wrists have sharpe pains going up the inside of both arms when I use force to open a jar.
