My Bedridden Mother's Caretaker Has Broken Out With Red Sores.

My bedridden mother's caretaker has broken out with red sores. They look similar to my chicken pox when I was a teenager. What are the risks of her being near my mom? Do we need to isolate her and find a temporary caregiver? And if so, until what point? My mom has had chicken pox, but she is currently on hospice and not in good health.
