My Belly Button Is Bleeding And Smells Very Bad In

My belly button is bleeding and smells very bad in the past i had a growth coming out of my belly button this was about a year ago and it went away although it was painful. My doctor did an ultrasound the last time and he doesn't know what to do now that it is reoccurring
