My Best Friend Is Freakishly Nag Out Because Her PCP

My best friend is freakishly nag out because her PCP believes she has adhesions from her two C sections about 20 years ago. Her symptoms fit that. Now her OBGYN says its improbable that it has taken this long to form. He thinks she has an intestinal issue even though she is completely regular.
She does have sarcoidosis too
