My Bf Just Got A Mohler Pulled A Couple Hours

My bf just got a mohler pulled a couple hours ago. His mouth is bleeding a lot and like dripping blood when the gauze is removed and there is flaps of skin in the hole that im assuming should of been stitched but wernt. They also gave him no pain meds to go home with. Im trying to get him to go to a dr. But he doesn't want to. Is this serious and should be addressed tonight?
