My bf was in a car accident the ambulance said he was OK but to take him to the hospital . he won't go.he is freezing cold. Weak. Dizzy and his shoukder I believe is injured badly maybe a tear. I'm scared for him what should I look for that would be an emergency? He is sleeping bow
