My Birth Control Rod Was Inserted One Month Ago And

My birth control rod was inserted one month ago and I've had constant irritation a large amount of puss discharge pain fever infection and they r seeing me today and now the implant is sticking out of my skin and still pussing and extremely painful....what caused this and why r they acting like its nothing to them
