My Blodd Pressure Has Been A Little High. I Take

My blodd pressure has been a little high. I take meds for it. I've been stressed lately. I have an occasional discomfort in my left upperfront side just before the area the arm starts. It is not constant... maybe twice a day. When I belch, pain subsides. I sometimes feel mild pressure in on lower left shoulder blade. No shortness of breath, and just had a stress test 4 months ago, all was fine. I'm just a bit concerned.
