My Blood Pressure Currently Is 139 94 & I Am

My blood pressure currently is 139 94 & I am not feeling well.
I usually take 2 mg sandoze tablet daily, but recently pharmacy gave me similar tablet apo prindoprol and when I took this tablet I felt bad and 3 days ago I am not good at all
What can I do in this stage?
