My Blood Pressure Has Been At 190/100 The Last Couple

My blood pressure has been at 190/100 the last couple times checked. Once at urgent care for an unrelated issue, then a friend checked it and it was the same a few days later. Is there anything I can do until I can afford a vist to a doctor?
