My Blood Pressure Has Been Changing A Lot With My

My blood pressure has been changing a lot with my emotions, etc. Went to hospital and 5 hrs later came back. Supposed to get a neurologist and cardiaologist. BP 127/55 Pulse 65 at 1:13 pm. Have a lymph node in left breast high. Why am I dizzy and at times my left arm from shoulder to elbow has feelings in it, but not all of the time.
Any ideas?
