My Blood Pressure Has Been High --tonight It Was 193

My blood pressure has been high --tonight it was 193 over 97, this am it was 167 over 90, I am not dizzy, nor out of breath. My pressure runs high, and has for this past yr. Lying down it has been 129 over 64, and 135 over 72---I am on two bl. pressure pills--one is Atenol 25mg. and the other is lisinopril 20mg----I am not dizzy, nor out of breath----am 79yrs old and am active. What the heck is going on with me?
