My Blood Pressure Has Been High For The Last Couple

My blood pressure has been high for the last couple of hours. 148/94 pulse 101. I took Adderall today along with Tylenol cold multi symptom. I didn't know you were not supposed to take them together. My blood pressure started to go up after taking the cold medicine. I take lisinopril for high blood pressure also.
