My Blood Pressure Has Been High The Past 2 Days

My blood pressure has been high the past 2 days ( about 186/116 )I'm a fairly healthy 37 yr old under weight f who has had on and off high blood pressure for several years .. and now I'm also breaking out in hives ? Or some time of rash on my upper arms and chest it's just flat red and blotchy comes and goes .. my nose wil turn red too .. are the two related ??
