My Blood Pressure Has Been Inconsistent All Day. My Pressure

My blood pressure has been inconsistent all day. My pressure was taken at 2Pm at the dentist office it was 157/103 the nurse told me that was a "silent killer" measurement and then she took it again and it sky rocketed to 203/124 it was freaked out... never happened before. after I calmed down it dropped 190/84 and then dropped again after I was home to 121/95 ... now it's 149/104. What's going on? I have a dr. appt tomorrow a.m. with my primary but should I go to the E.R. now.
