My Blood Pressure Has Been Slowly Increasing Over The Past

My blood pressure has been slowly increasing over the past week and currently is at 167/105. I really don’t feel much in the way of side effects other than slight pressure in my head and slight headache. I do take Hyzaar to regulate it but it does not seem to be working and I do have a small abscess tooth. What should be my course of action ?
