My Blood Pressure Is 134/51 I Had A Complete Hysterectomy

My blood pressure is 134/51 I had a complete hysterectomy 3weeks ago and this low diastolic blood pressure. Makes me feel unsteady on my feet. My concentration is fine. I am 79 yrs old. .
