My Blood Pressure Is 140/85 And Pulse Of 57. I

My blood pressure is 140/85 and pulse of 57. I had a headache today at the base of my skull. I have been cold at work lately and needed a jacket when others were comfortable. I am 61 years of age. I take 5 mg of Ramipril per day. Not sure if there is a problem.
