My Blood Pressure Is 145/87 Sitting, 158/89 After Walking Around.

My blood pressure is 145/87 sitting, 158/89 after walking around. Also I have Cerebral Palsy, and I hate taking any meds. Does my blood pressure really warrant taking meds? My local doctor had me on Norvasc 10mg, but the itching was intolerable.
