My Blood Pressure Is 159/98 I've Been Diagnosed With Eisenmengers

My blood pressure is 159/98 I've been diagnosed with eisenmengers disease which was misdiagnosed for over 20 years as mitro valve prolapse. The doctor who diagnosed me told me to expect 5-10 years to live. I'm 49 under enormous stress from having to quit my profession and now I find myself needing help. I have always been the helper and I don't know what else to do to feel better.. all my life blood pressure 110/70 approximately. NOW I fight to destress and eat right.......n go without so much. My younger totally healthy brother just passed away and I am deeply depressed as well.
