My Blood Pressure Is 175 Over 115. I Have A

My blood pressure is 175 over 115. I have a horrible headache on the left side, feel nauseous and heart is beating super fast. I am already on three different medication for blood pressure. I'm not sure what I should do. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
