My Blood Pressure Is Normally 120/75 Ish And I Take

My blood pressure is normally 120/75 ish and I take singular as needed but have taken it for a week straight now due to cold and sinus pressure and to help prevent any Asthma issues that come with my colds. I have noticed that my blood pressure has now been 135/90 range and have had head aches. Can it be singular causing that ?
