My Blood Pressure Is Usually L30 To L50. Tonight It

My blood pressure is usually l30 to l50. Tonight it is only l00 to l09 - I have taken it several times which leads me to wonder if I took it twice today. I feel rather lazy and tired. What do I do? Or will I be o.k. by morning - I take one Lisinopril - 40 mg; l Amlodipine Besylate - 5 mg; l chlorthalidone-25 mg/ ea. morning. I am 86, live alone and now wonder if I took it twice today?? I feel sort of tired, no energy or ambition, have had company twice today - everything seems like a big effort. What do you think? Will I be o.k. in the morning, should I drink a lot extra?
