My blood pressure readings have been in 182/105 170/96 181/84 . A week and. 1/2 ago I was in ER chest ex ray was fine EKG was fine but my readings are still high. I'm getting headaches chest on left side feels tight or squeezing left side breast. I have Dr.apt Friday. My left side of my head feels tight and I keep getting headaches. Any suggestions?
