My Blood Pressure Spikes When I Do Anything Including Just

My blood pressure spikes when I do anything including just going to the bathroom. In the range of 170/88 to 180/101. I get a bad headache when this happens. My family Dr. is out of town this week. Is this something I should worry about before she gets back? Thanks. Vivian.
