My Blood Pressure Was 178/113 Today With 65 Pulse. Last

My blood pressure was 178/113 today with 65 pulse. Last Tuesday it was 148/95. I take 20 mg of list no price daily & have been treating it for a number of years. I am concerned about going to the hospital because I don't have medicaid, only medicare so I don't know if it would cover it. I feel light headed & dizzy. What is the wisest choice?
