My Blood Pressure Was At Easterday Evening 140/90, My Age

My blood pressure was at easterday evening 140/90, my age is 23 and sex male. For this doctor prescribed me to take Restyl 0.5 at yesterday night and Stamlo d tab 0.5 at today morning.If I further take today night and tomorrow morning the respected tabs then will my bp fall below normal level? I need to make the bp within normal range for the whole day tomorrow, please suggest, should I take the tabs for the next day to retain my bp within normal range?
