My Blood Sugar Reading Is 145 After Not Eating All

My blood sugar reading is 145 after not eating all day. My feet and hands hurt mostly at night with my hands my feet burn like being stung by a wasp only last few seconds but painful. My toe nails are now a tent shape . My dad is diabetic as is my mom and my moms dad . Are these symptoms of diabetes ? I often get very light headed where I have passed out .
