My Blood Test Shows Serum ALT Level 48 IU/L ,

My blood test shows serum ALT level 48 IU/L , serum calcium 2.25 , serum alkaline phosphatase 143U/L and urine casts 3 /UL Haematocrit 0.5 , plasma sodium level 141mmo/L , epithelial cell count 6/UL , I am 21 and don't feel great tired and confused agitated could these results say anything as some of them seem high according to the range on my results print out ? Also a ct scan showed small focal area of left frontal high attenuation that appears extra-axial and could possibly represent a tiny haemorrhage but the doctor didn't seem worried ?
