My Blood Work Came Out 43.8 Lymphocytes. This Last Week

My blood work came out 43.8 lymphocytes. This last week I've had stomach cramps and my stool is very dark, almost black. I am usually very healthy, and do not take any regular medication. What does it mean, what do I have to do and what should I eat (or not eat?)
