My Body Cramped Into A Ball While Riding My Mountain

My body cramped into a ball while riding my mountain bike a month ago. The fire department had to rescue me. My electrolytes were normal after a trip to the ER and recent tests show my electrolyte levels are normal. Now I am experiencing heavy feeling legs, extreme fatigue, depression, constant urination when drinking water, constant thirst and some leg cramping. I do not have any blurred vision or balance issues. If I stand for long my legs and body feel extremely weak. I used to ride my road and mountain bike for hours each day. I am unable to ride for 30 minutes. I am a 45 year old male. I am unable to stand for long periods of time. If I do, my legs feel stiff and ache. At times I feel like my legs are swollen but aren't. I have tingling in my hands and feet. The first symptom started about six months ago with tingling and arm pain and then leg cramps, my body cramps while riding my bike, and now I can barely function. My arms cannot hold a newspaper at times because my arm muscles are so fatigued. This has changed my life....
