My Body Is Constantly Heating Up. I Am Not Sure

My body is constantly heating up. I am not sure if I am still in menopause or not, these are not like hot flashes, I also have Ra and am currently taking medicine . I am wondering if something is wrong. How can I tell if my liver is working over time. I am also a smoker and a lot of time right after I smoke I go into a very heated mode. Just like at work, everyone sits around in jackets and I am the only one with my fan running. Help
