My Bones Hurt.. A Lot. Started In My Elbow, Has

My bones hurt.. a lot. Started in my elbow, has been hard to lift something so simple as a gallon of milk. I get sharp pains sometimes, followed my warmth... now I'm getting bursts of pain on the top of my foot, my calves and up and down my arms. Since obamacare, I no longer have medical benefits and I don't have money for a doctor. This is scaring me.
