My Boss Has Slightly High BP Regularly (130s/90s). Last Three

My boss has slightly high BP regularly (130s/90s). Last three days in the 150s/100s. Headache, no real change in work stress level, approximately 20 pounds over BMI weight, I don't see any stroke symptoms at all. Not on any meds at all. Onset was three days ago and seemed to be triggered when taking 30 mg pseudoephedrine. Did not take second dose. Too stubborn to see a doctor in very short term. Is there cause for alarm?
