My Boston Terrier Has Blood In His Stool. He Is

My boston terrier has blood in his stool. He is about 2 years old and we just rescued him...he lived in the woods for about 7 months on his own and has been diagnosed with Lymes disease which he just finished treatment for...what could be causing the bloody stool???
