My Both Ovaries Are Bulky And Adherent To The Uterus

My both ovaries are bulky and adherent to the uterus both ovaries shows thin walled cysts eith homogenous low level internal echoes measuring about 3.4×3.2 cms on right side and 1.6×1.5 cms on left side . What does this means.plz give me the answer & solution too.
