My Bottom Lip Are Two Tone Bottom Part Of Lip

My bottom lip are two tone bottom part of lip is the right color as it all ways been the top part of my bottom.lip look like the inside ofmy lip a light pink and it looks raw than the middle part from right to left I have a brown line like its trying to heal trying to turn back brown but never does . How can I fix my lips
