My Bottom Lip Is Swollen And It Hurts I've Tried

My bottom lip is swollen and it hurts I've tried everything nothing has healed it when I get a black line on the bottom of the outer lip they are fine but can't get line to come back I saw a ear nose throat Doctor and he sold me vitamins and some aloe drink and nothing is working any suggestions.
